On January 28, this year at 10:00 in the International Hotel Tashkent, a National consultation meeting was held to discuss the draft National Strategy for Combating Corruption of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2021-2025.

At the event, Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Council Tanzila Narbayeva, First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan Akmal Saidov, Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Uzbekistan Matilda Dimovska, Director of the Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Combating Corruption Akmal Burkhanov spoke in detail about the draft “National Strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Combating Corruption for 2021-2025”.

In addition, the reports of representatives of the Oliy Majlis, ministries and departments on the project, as well as civil society institutions on the project were heard.

The head of the Department for Monitoring and coordinating the activities of the open data portal Akrom Sultanov took part in this consultative meeting on behalf of the State Committee on Statistics.
