On February 18, 2021, the State Committee on Statistics held a regular online seminar on professional development of personnel. The next webinar was organized by the Department of monitoring and coordination of the open data portal.

The webinar provided information about the importance and prospects for the development of open data in our country.

During the seminar, employees of territorial statistical offices were given concepts about the importance and prospects for the development of the open data sphere in our country, the features of the formation and publication of data on the open data portal, the role of industries and regions in the formation of data on the Open Data Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The webinar also discussed the instructions given at the meeting on measures to improve national statistics, held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on June 1 this year.

During the webinar, the participants exchanged views on the topic and answered questions in detail.
