Within the framework of the ICT Week of Uzbekistan “ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN 2019”, an open data conference “Open Data Tashkent 2019” will be held!

The event, which will be held on September 27, will feature international experts on open data:

consultants to the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan, Azimiddin Rakhmatov and Katerina Oniliogvu;

World Bank consultants, Andrew Stott, Vlad Manoa and Stella Luca.

The conference will be devoted to the development of open data in Uzbekistan, the study of successful international experience in the functioning of portals and the exchange of best practical knowledge in this field

The main goal of the conference is the timely and high-quality implementation of the tasks set by the country's leadership on the further development of open data in the Republic of Uzbekistan

The conference is organized by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics and the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the OSCE Project Coordinator in Uzbekistan, the World Bank, the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and IT Park.
