The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics, The technology Park of software products and information technologies (IT-Park), as well as the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan, published the open data manual.

The manual was prepared using the materials of Open data handbook, manuals of development and introduction Center uzinfocomon computer and information technology, presentations of Katerina Oniliogvu, Bogdan Tyshkevich and manuals of USAID/UK Aid “Open data: formats and rules of creation” prepared within the framework of the project “Transparency and accountability in public administration and services”.

Open data manual – a document that contains all the basic information about open data.  In particular, the guide contains important information about formats and rules for creating open data, about organizations and normative-legal acts that develop open data, and about working with the open data portal.
